Yes Of course you can eat cake if you want to eat cake who is stopping you but the only thing is whatever you want to eat you should always remember that you are eating everything in a very moderate quantity because or sweets too much of sweets are also not good so have whatever you should have but in moderate quantity because you’re breastfeeding your child
