can we eat cake while Breastfeeding

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes of course you can have cake even during breastfeeding, After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
