Ma’am You have to be very clear when you post a question are you a breastfeeding mother are you a pregnant woman you have not mentioned anything but I would like to tell you if you are breastfeeding then don’t start with exercise before six months and if you are a pregnant woman then you can start exercising after five months but that’s basic yoga and you do any kind of exercises only after taking a training from a professional and an experienced person don’t try anything from your own side
