POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Current research suggests that fasting doesn't necessarily impact the macronutrients in breast milk. However, some micronutrients in breast milk may be “significantly” affected. In women fasting for Ramadan, one study showed that milk output stayed the same before and during fasting.
