1.Eat balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products.
2.Drink plenty of water.

5.Avoid shampoos and conditioners with harsh chemicals and use of heat for hairstyling.
6.Massaging scalp with coconut oil.
7.Ask your doctor for supplements.
