baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient.
Check for good latch, correct position while feeding
Have lot of fluids and water
Be confident. don't be stressed while feeding or worry as it will reduce the milk supply.
consume a well balanced diet for enough milk production.
