You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello yes lactose Granules do help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and Fenugreek which helps and incase bm is still not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 usung a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
