hemoglobin content is less for my kid, which food will increase it? can u pls suggest me

A. iron rich foods like spinach or pomegranate or dates or beetroot are very good to increase haemoglobin. if you are breastfeeding then eat these and breastfeed. if you eat nin veg then eat mutton liver and breastfeed. this us very good to increase haemoglobin.
