to increase breast milk supply,Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers.
It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu can check mother sparsh and if this also do es not help then you can be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 like Nan Pro stage 1 or similac stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which should be safe and not a problem as baby is small
