Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

U Ask your doctor if they advise you to take it because mostly we suggest you take it for a month or so not more than that because too much of medication is obviously not a good sign to go for so you consult your doctor if they advise you to continue with it then you can otherwise will have to stop having them after sometime
