can someone please tell me what is the proper method for latching.?? my breastfeeding journey is horrible and painfull.. even I don't know how to put whole nipple in my baby's month and she also don't know how to latch.

u seem to b in stress n anxiety
breastfeeding requires support n guidance for new moms take help from certified lactation consultant regarding appropriate latch n feeding
not the nipple but maximum possible areola shd b in baby mouth lower lip should be curled out n chin shd touch tge breast
