Can ragi(finger millet) and wheat be given to a 6 month old baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes both can be given. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule to check any allergy. make sure to cook it properly
