Q.

can i give powder of sprouted finger millet ( ragi) to my 6 month old baby ? Does it contain more nutrients than non sprouted ragi?

A. yes, sprouted ragi is more good n easy to digest. it is rich in iron and calcium, vit d and fibers. Ragi is also a good source of proteins. Ragi is easy to digest and is free of gluten, so its good as a weaning food.
