even better to eat whole fruits than juice to get fibers n other nutrition from it
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent c, well you have fruit juice during your pregnancy provided avoid pine apple and papaya. As they highly laxative and can cause adverse effects. You can consume orange juice, coconut water, pomegranates. Etc.
