can my child take sugar free tea ? Is sugar free harmful for kid.

Sugar anyway should be avoided for as long as you can because sugar does not give you anything which is benefiting for the body so not giving sugar is just fine but giving tea in such a small age is not advisable a child is advised to have tea under the age of 10 years
