can I use lactare tablets and shatavari powder at a time?. if yes how the dosage to b taken?

Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
