can I use Himalaya pilex or any other piles medicine while I am breastfeeding? my baby is 4 month old and I have extreme constipation since my c section due to which I have grown piles and it is bleeding everytime I have to pass motion

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. can take it and also apply pilex cream. Avoid eating Spicy food , Besan, banana, curd rice heavy to digest.
-Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage.
Have a glass full of butter milk daily. Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements.
A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster.
