hi I had c section 25 days ago, since last 4 days I am having hemorrhoids with pain . I used himalaya pilex ointment and laxatives. still It is not showing any effect. can you plz suggest me any medications. can I use himalaya pilex tablet while breastfeeding, is it safe to use?

A. hi parent please don't use demineralized water for drinking use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinking and keep yourself well hydrated by taking a sip of water frequently
