Q.
Hi . i have a five day old baby and am breastfeeding. I had piles and used to take pilex Himalaya which gave instant relief. now post delivery ,piles is there but no constipation as I am maintaining diet. I am applying anovate and diltigesic cream. it seems to be the same size and not reduced. can I take pilex tablet now when I am breastfeeding?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if you have no pain, bleeding, discomfort than avoid piled, otherwise can take it. take sitz bath daily. for more it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

please don't take it without consulting your gynecologist
instead of it ,mam ,I suggest to take hot shower or sit in warm water tub for 15 minutes once in a day,add epsom salt in it ,it definitely help to cure this
