Kalindi BhavsarMom of a 8 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mommy No You should not It’s for diaper area only Be careful with baby’s face Don’t use on face You can use any baby lotion for face mama earth Himalaya are some good brand Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
