Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi severe diaper rash needs to seen by dermatologist for direct examination and treatment. Keep area dry. Avoid usage of diaper. Avoid using wet wipes. Wash with water followed by dabbing with cotton cloth. Apply coconut oil every 3 hrs. Zinc containing drops will make healing better

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi ma’am keep the baby diaper feee for some days and apply ghee or coconut oil on a regular basis is on the rash area so that they heal fast . For future whenever u remove or put on a new diaper keep a gap of atleast 30 mins in between and always apply ghee or coconut oil in between .
