can I take rice noodles...or chowmien I'm feeling to eat something...like this...as I'm routinely taking...High protein diet since last 1 month

A. hi, fir what purpose u r on protien diet? although once you can have it. it's preferable to confirm from ur dietician for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
