can I take promolact tablet for milk supplement ...& there is no side effects to baby are what plz suggest me

also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
drink lots of water.
eat protein rich diet.
have healthy diet for healthy milk production

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes definitely you can have the medicine there is no problem if prescribed by the doctor apart from that I would recommend that you should have Himalaya shatavari with milk twice in a day if you don't have access to a doctor
