Q.

Can i take promolact capsules twice a day for breast milk ? Is there any side effects to it ? And along with these capsules it ok to take shatavari granules three times a day with milk ? Does both of them totally fine to take ?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you take promolact capsules are there are no side effects to it. Both promilact and shatavari helps in increasing breast milk supply. It is not advisable to take both of these at the same time. Please take them one at a time . Also massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Thanks and take care

Q. hi, iam mother of 3 months 10 days baby. i have low milk supply. so doctor suggested to use lactare capsules(2-2-2) and galaact granules powder twice a day. even though my milk supply is low sometimes. then she suggested to use promolact capsules 2 capsules 3 times a day(2-2'-2). does it affect my body. and i gained 5-6 kgs in a month.
