can I take ORS during breastfeed

A. Hello mom Yes you can take ORS during breastfeeding but don’t take in more quantity because it contains sugar. And you should avoid taking more sugar. You can take 2 to 3 glass of ORS in a day that is more than enough. Rather than this you can start taking coconut water it will also help you to keep hydrated. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
