can I take iron and calcium tablets after 6 months of delivery is it important

A. Iron calcium and also multivitamin should be taken for initial 6 months to 1 year depending upon how much do you need to take them at six months is mandatory and you should proceed with that because you lose a lot of stuff from your body when you deliver a child your own health is very very important
