can I take cold drink once in a month,if pregnant with 7 months?

aerated drinks, too much of soda or sugar, which everyone should avoid, is also not suitable for a pregnant woman also.

Stay hydrated
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
maintain hygiene
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
