Q.
Can I take calcium tablet? My baby is now 9months old and I had taken calcium tablet only for the first month after c section. Can I continue right now?

Its Portent to take calcium for at least one year after your delivery otherwise you’ll have weakness you have weak bones and every thing of course you should have you didn’t do it right by missing on to it but now you should take it at least for one year and start with omega-3 as well
