can I start exercise as my 30th week started??

A. avoid sternuous exercise Start walking take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Doing light exercises during pregnancy will not cause any harm. In fact, it will help in opening up the muscles. Try not to do any type of rigorous exercise which will put pressure on the stomach and do not lift weights. You can also do some Yoga poses like breathing ones too.
