can I start carrot to my baby actually this is an first food

A. Hello mom would suggest you to first start with liquids for the baby to go with and once when he gets used to it you can gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods

A. Yup Carrot purée is a very good option if you want to go ahead with that but also I would like to tell you that this is not the right age for you to start with purees the right it is going to be six months completion as of now your child seems to be five months old to me
