can I sleep on my stomach after 7 weeks of c-sec delivery? Is it safe?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. yes you can sleep and in fact it is indicated to sleep on stomach for few days after cesarean as it helps to heal the stitches properly but be careful not to sleep for a long time and just for a few minutes
