A. Hai good morning !! Check suitability of rice flour to baby skin by mixing with milk/malai /curd small quantity apply on hands if no reddishness,rash or itching you can use for massage. Not on regular base as rice flour is bit rough used as scrub mix with wet ingredient like curd,milk or malai to make soft paste and use weekly once or twice for soft,tan removal, glowing skin.
