Can i left heavy itam after 8month of c section

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. if it is very much needed then only you can left but it is always better not to leave till completion of one year or so even as it is winter you should avoid during winters the bones as it is becomes little bit weak so better to avoid see that you are sitting in in sunlight half an hour daily early in the morning
