can I keep water inside sterilized bottle in night and put powder when baby Wakes up to save time?

A. Yeah you can keep it there is no problem otherwise if you have an option you can also keep a hot water flask next to you and that is what you can use that is also quite instant just pour some water keep room temperature water or little warmer than that so that you can instantly make milk

Recently I have made her habit of drinking milk thru glass but I have issue for midnight she wakes up and cry for bottle. If I give water also or if bottle is empty she will keep in her mouth for sometime. She wakes up atleast twice for bottle. Her diet routine is also proper.
