Ya tomato soup or Vegetable soup clear soup any kind of shoes that you want to have you can have all of them super healthy to go for their light but youβre filling also.. So just avoid Chinese suits as of an hour rest you can have all kind of soup is there is no issue and have lots and lots of vegetables in them
