Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 weeks agoA. Not only maggie but any instant noodles whether it is for any person not only after c-section is not good. Especially if you are breast feeding it is good to eat healthy nutritious foods. If it is under a really unavoidable situation then yes you can have it.
