can I have Chinese food and maggi while breastfeeding . in Chinese food they will add ajinomoto .is it ok if I have will the baby gets side-effects because me having that..

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. ajinomoto is not good good for health not even for anyone so as you are feeding mother so it is not recommending to eat.
you can have maggie once in a while and you can make noodles at home without adding ajinomoto in it.
