Q.

can I give nasal drops to my 2 months baby , she is premature birth at 34 weeks , now her weight is 3 kg. birth weight is 1.74. looking like she have little nose congestion

A. Now the weight is fine so you can put saline nasal drops in both nostrils and keep head little elevated while sleeping and feeding and use a vaporiser close to baby or put eucalyptus oil fee drops close to her pillow
