Can I give meftal - p and Calpol for fever at the same time or any one at a time??

A. For fever forst check the temperature by thermometer. Of the temperature bis around 98.5 °F , do tepid sponging and wait for the temperature to go down. If the temperature is around 100°F, you can give antipyretics. Give paracetamol drops first , if fever doesn't come down with it then after 3-4 hours you can give meftal syp. There is no need to give both medicines at the same time.
