Q.
My son has fever 100 at 12.35 am... And now when I got up he has 100.8 .. Can i give meftal P Or should I give him crocin at 4.35 and then repeat meftal after 1 hr.. Or should I give him crocin again

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. paracetamol of any brand can be repeated every 4 hourly to 6 hour early but maximum 4 times per day and after 2 hours of paracetamol if the fever is not decreasing then only you have to go for their medicines
