is Meftal P as good as calpol and crocin? My son had a febrile seizure last month..At thet time he was in hospital and doctor had given him Meftal P syrup.My son is 1 and 7 months old

A. hello when the child get fever just paracetamol would be sufficient and meftal p is given only when there is fever about 102 and for less than that it should not be given and just paracetamol should be sufficient and check with your doctor
