can I give deworming syrup to my 2 year old baby in common cold

A. Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeated every six months at least till g5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor

A. No Avoid giving it as of now let your child be perfectly fine from the common cold and then you go ahead with it but how much ever dosage is given and when is the repetition to be done for the medicine for all these things it’s better that you consult your own treating paediatrician one
