can I give coconut water to 11month baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give few sips of coconut water to your 11 months old baby. Avoid giving watery foods like juices to your baby as they fill baby’s small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food.

SONAM GARGMom of a 4 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Coconut water is rich source of calcium.. but it's good to have mostly in Summers due to its cold tendency.. but you can give 1-2 spoons in a day to your baby in winters during sunlight under sun exposure.
