After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy.
Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

She can be given about 80 to 150 ml and more.
but please don't use demineralized water
use simply purified water having tds higher than 250
and please don't force feed her
