SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes very healthy loaded with good fiber and protein. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts.
