most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period.
continue taking calcium supplements.
limit tea or coffee to 1 to 2 cups per day.
avoid aerated drinks.

infact ,you can take all food items which you want to take.
but you should take all food items in moderation.
it will not affect your child ,I mean it can not cause gas.
