Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet

Yes you can have it but you should avoid taking spices in it rather than this. Try to have it in a day time because it can create gastric issues in baby so avoid taking it in the evening. Rather than this you have to maintain a proper diet because baby’s overall growth depends on mother’s milk and mother’s diet.
PriyankaMom of 3 children2 years agoA. yes you can eat but not more. at the time of mine I had but my baby got gas n it troubled me alot at night he never use to sleep n crying only...better you have moong daal instead of too it will be much better for baby during breastfeeding
