can i eat strawberry ,,i have 4 months baby and mentioned the fruits n vegetables which r good for breastfeeding mother,,

A. all seasonal fruits and vegetables can be taken by a breastfeeding mother . your diet should be Wholesome nutritious and not limited to any specific food it should contain variety and you should also take milk and Milk products regularly
