Can I eat rajma? As my baby exclusively on breastfeeding

A. avoid! as your baby is newborn baby n depends on your milk only.. and rajma can causes gases to you or might affect ur baby. all the best.

A. Hello mom You should avoid eating it because it can create gastric issues in babies. While being a lactating mother you have to maintain a proper diet because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mothers diet. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
