Can I eat ragi after my cesarean while breast feeding

A. you can have anything except outside food. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. give only breastmilk till completion of six months

A. Yes Ragi is a very healthy food to go for its light also for us to die just as older people so yes you can more certainly have it on a regular basis it may help in milk production as well because it is quite healthy so you can try that and if you want you can have quinoa is well
